Open for new builds · Summer 2026

I build AI systems that handle the busywork.

I connect your tools, automate what happens between them, and tune how your data flows, so the whole thing runs faster and cleaner than by hand.

How I work

Three rules, every build.

01

Find where the hours go

Every business loses hours to the same things: follow-ups, re-typing, chasing. I find where, before writing a line of code.

02

Build calm systems

Automation should mean one less thing to babysit, not one more. Mine fail loud to me, quiet to you.

03

Give the hours back

Done means someone gets their evening back. The dashboard matters less than what it lets them stop doing.

Work that runs without you

Agents and pipelines that move data between your tools and keep the flow tuned, so the routine work runs on its own. Orchestration, outreach, ops.
WinbaseA prospect’s name in, a researched, meeting-ready sales brief out. AI sales platformwinbase.ai ↗
How it works

Add your product once, then enter a prospect’s name and company. Winbase researches the account and assembles a meeting-ready brief: executive summary, market and technical read, a talk track, an objection battlecard, the outreach email, and the deck. Sales leaders see standardized research across the team; partners share data so the assistant always knows what to sell.

The hard part
Turning scattered product knowledge and live prospect research into accurate, deal-specific sales material a rep can trust in front of a buyer.
What I did
Lead engineering on the whole flow, research and retrieval through to the finished, sourced deliverables, with the facts locked before anything is formatted.

HermesA crypto-trading agent that runs itself, safely. runs on a private VM
How it works

A trading agent that runs itself on a private VM: it reads the market, sizes a position, and executes on a loop, with hard safety gates between every decision and any live order.

The hard part
An autonomous agent with access to real money and no human watching each trade.
What I did
Built the guardrails before the strategy: position limits, sanity checks, a kill switch, so a bad call trips a gate instead of draining the account.
SOW GeneratorClient emails become priced, branded SOWs. runs on a private VM
How it works

Rate-card and SOW systems with branded formatting: quoting that used to take an afternoon, generated clean.

The hard part
Every document is client-facing; the brand has to survive the template.
What I did
Treat documents as software: one source of truth, formatted output.
Multi-channel outreach engineMulti-agent pipeline: research, score, reach out. private pipeline
How it works

A multi-agent sales system: intent signals decide which accounts deserve attention, a narrative-synthesis agent writes the story of each one, and dual-channel outreach carries it.

The hard part
Deciding which accounts are even worth the effort, then sounding like someone who did the homework, not a mail-merge.
What I did
Wired intent signals into a research agent, so every message starts from a real reason to reach out, not a template.
Softura auto-posterBrief in: researched carousel, caption, lead-magnet PDF, scheduled and posted. client platform
How it works

A brief goes in; the system researches the topic, writes a multi-slide carousel with a caption and a lead-magnet PDF, then schedules and posts it across channels on its own.

The hard part
Content that has to stay on-brand and publish-ready without a human editing every slide.
What I did
Made the brand the constraint, not an afterthought: one brief drives the research, the layout, and the copy, so what comes out is ready to ship.

Knowledge you can actually ask

Corpora turned into cited, sourced, figure-linked answers, not a wall of search results.
Motion AcupunctureCited, bilingual RAG over a classic acupuncture textbook. ask-book.vercel.app Dharma ExplorerSearchable corpus of Buddhist teacher writings. dharma-explorer.vercel.app
Document-to-RAG pipelineTurns messy PDFs into searchable corpora. internal pipeline
How it works

Messy PDFs go in; the structure is parsed, the text is chunked and embedded, and a clean, searchable corpus comes out. It is the ingestion step behind the retrieval tools.

The hard part
Real-world PDFs are a mess: scans, tables, multi-column layouts, broken reading order.
What I did
Packaged the whole thing so the same messy-in, clean-out step runs anywhere, the same way every time.

Maui Surf ForecastHyper-local Maui surf forecasting app. local-first
How it works

Pulls swell, wind, and tide data and turns it into a plain-language read for specific Maui spots, so you know where to paddle out without decoding a buoy chart.

The hard part
Surf is hyper-local: the same swell is firing at one break and useless at the next.
What I did
Modeled spots individually instead of averaging the island, so the forecast reflects how each break actually behaves.

A pick of the work. The rest are forks and experiments. Live links are verified; private work is tagged as such. Want a walkthrough? Say so.

Analytic work

Before the agents, there were spreadsheets.

Time is really the only capital that any human being has, and the only thing he can’t afford to lose.
Thomas Edison, inventor

A glass tower in downtown Chicago: finance first, then analytics at a tech-focused law firm. Excel and VBA were my first automation stack. A rollup macro connecting Outlook, Word, and Excel saved a floor of legal reviewers months of tedious work. Different tools, same instinct: find the grind and automate it.

Van build

The first system I ever shipped had wheels.

Before the agents, before Maui: I traded the corporate life in Chicago for a home in a van by the beach.

Months of electrical diagrams, 3D modeling, and water-system head-scratching. A giant puzzle solved one constraint at a time. It’s how I’ve built everything since: go all in, respect the constraints, finish what you start.
